I. Hong Kong / Macau / Mainland China

【Shipping Costs & Payment】

Ready-to-Ship Items:
- Free shipping is offered on orders over HK$300 (before shipping charges).
- For orders under HK$300 (before shipping charges), the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
Customized Items:
- Free shipping is offered on orders over HK$300 (before shipping charges).
- For orders under HK$300 (before shipping charges), the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

【Delivery Service Area】

Hong Kong:
- Services cover Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and outlying islands (including Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, and Peng Chau).
- We cannot deliver to non-fixed addresses, border restricted areas, warehouses, or locations requiring entry via a balcony instead of stairs.
Macau:
- Services cover conventional locations, as well as hotels, restaurants, department stores, retail shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies.
Mainland China:
- Shipments are sent via SF Express in compliance with customs declaration regulations.
- Customers in Mainland China must provide the recipient's genuine address, real name as per Chinese ID card, and ID card number for customs declaration purposes.

- Shipments will be arranged within 7 working days after payment confirmation.
- Under normal circumstances, delivery takes approximately 7-14 working days (depending on the shipping service provider).
Customized Items:
- Shipments will be arranged within 14 working days after payment confirmation.
- Under normal circumstances, delivery takes approximately 7-14 working days (depending on the shipping service provider).
Friendly Reminder: Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

II. International Shipping (All other regions outside HK/China/Macau)

【Duties & Taxes】

Under Hong Kong regulations, no export duties are levied on goods leaving Hong Kong.
For international customers, we will make every effort to minimize additional charges. However, please note that all import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
International customers assume all risks, including the risk of damage or loss of goods during transit or during customs processing. We recommend that international buyers check with their local customs office to determine the potential amount of these additional charges before purchasing.
If a product cannot be shipped internationally, we reserve the right to cancel the entire order without prior notice.
Please Note: If a customer fails to provide the necessary information for shipping (Name / Phone Number / Address / ID Number [for customs clearance]) within three months, the order will be cancelled and will not be eligible for a refund.
